Connect project accounts, costs, and financial results
Our implementation experience includes project accounting, cost centers, project work items and cost allocation, alongside customer, supplier, and subcontractor accounts, purchasing, inventory, site assets, contracts, and profitability and financial position reports.
Projects, work items, and cost centers
Organize projects and work items, link transactions to cost centers, and allocate costs using defined rules to track costs at project and work-item level.
Party accounts and account statements
Track customer, supplier, and subcontractor accounts, with statements showing transactions and balances linked to the relevant projects.
Purchasing, inventory, and site assets
Manage project purchases, inventory movements, and site assets, linking relevant transactions to project accounts and costs according to agreed operating procedures.
Contracts and financial reporting
Organize contract records and prepare cost, profitability, and financial position reports, with defined data sources, allocation rules, and reporting periods.
How we define your system’s scope
- Project structure: Define projects, work items, cost centers, and associated contracts.
- Operational workflows: Review purchasing, inventory, site assets, and transactions with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Accounting rules: Agree on cost allocation, transaction posting, and required reports.
- Implementation and validation: Test real business scenarios and review results with responsible staff before production use.
We review workflows and accounting policies before agreeing on scope. Progress payment certificates, retention arrangements, and tax integrations require separate assessment and are not automatically included in every project.
