Requirements Analysis & Solution Architecture

Requirements Analysis & Solution Architecture

Turn your project idea into a clear delivery plan

We help you define the problem your project should solve, understand users and workflows, and translate business needs into clear scope, features, and priorities. We then develop a technical approach that supports implementation decisions and meaningful comparisons between development proposals.

01

Understand your business and users

Review current workflows, documents, and existing systems. Identify the problems, stakeholders, and outcomes the project needs to address.

02

Define features and priorities

Document requirements, usage scenarios, and acceptance criteria. Agree on the first release, deferred features, scope boundaries, and assumptions.

03

Design the solution and assess technologies

Outline system components, data, integrations, and permissions. Compare technical options against operational needs, costs, and the delivery team’s ability to maintain the solution.

04

Plan delivery stages and risks

Break delivery into reviewable stages and identify dependencies, risks, and open decisions. Provide initial estimates that can be refined as requirements become clearer.

How we assess your project

  1. Define the goal: Discuss the idea, business problem, available budget, and key constraints.
  2. Analyze requirements: Review workflows with stakeholders and document scenarios and priorities.
  3. Develop the technical approach: Outline components, data, integrations, technology options, and risks.
  4. Review and hand over: Validate the findings with you and deliver the agreed documentation and next steps.
What will you receive?

Deliverables may include a requirements document, workflow and architecture diagrams, first-release scope and acceptance criteria, and a phased delivery plan. We agree on the documents and their level of detail before starting. Interactive prototypes and financial feasibility studies are not included by default.
