Connect school administration, learning, and assessment
Our implementation experience includes student and class management, curricula, question banks, online exams, grading, results, and certificates, alongside school fee accounts and parent portals. Each project’s scope is defined around the institution’s procedures and assessment rules.
Students, classes, and curricula
Organize student and class records and connect them with curricula, subjects, and learning content to support academic administration.
Question banks and online exams
Organize questions, prepare tests, and deliver them online, with agreed schedules, time limits, attempt policies, and grading rules for different question types.
Grades, results, and certificates
Record and review grades, publish results, and issue certificates according to the institution’s calculation, approval, and publication rules.
School fees and parent portals
Manage fee accounts, payments, and outstanding balances, and provide parents with access to authorized information about their children.
How we define your school’s system
- Academic structure: Define educational stages, classes, subjects, curricula, and user records.
- Assessment rules: Agree on question types, exams, grading, result calculations, and approval procedures.
- Administration and accounts: Define fees, payment recording, permissions, and information available to parents.
- Testing and launch: Test a representative academic and exam workflow and review results before production use.
We agree on expected concurrent users, exam schedules, attempt policies, answer saving, grading, and result publication. Automatic grading applies to suitable question types; questions requiring human judgment follow an agreed review process. Online payments and virtual classroom integrations are assessed separately.
